(b) Triple 7 Construction, LLC at 639 Pioneer Rd in Grand Junction, CO: On or about October 27, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of 12.1 feet when conducting framing work on a sloped roof without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Triple 7 Construction, LLC at 639 Pioneer Rd in Grand Junction, CO: On or about October 27, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards when working at heights performing framing activities on a residential construction project. The employer had not provided fall protection training.
