29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Establishment: Employer had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program for employees who were exposed to hazardous materials including, but not limited to, pool water treatment chemicals such as calcium hypochlorite, sodium bisulfate (pH down), muriatic acid, and chlorine bleach used for disinfection of objects and surfaces that included the following elements: a) Employee training in the hazards of the materials they handle and measures that employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards such as preventing the creation of airborne vapors. b) Labelling. c) Safety Data Sheets. d) Non-routine tasks. e) Outside contractors. f) List of hazardous materials on site.
