29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Haulotte Group doing business as Bil-Jax Inc. located at 125 Taylor Parkway in Archbold, Ohio:   On or about October 20, 2022 the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from caught in hazards associated with rotating parts such as but not limited to lacerations and bone fractures. Employees operating the boring machine located in assembly were exposed to a rotating burr bit (131-510 rpms) designed to remove burrs from within steel tubes.
