29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i):Sufficient access and working space was not provided for circuit breaker panels to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance. A) 100 Middlesex Ave Suite 2, Carteret, NJ The employer did not ensure that adequate spacing was provided for electrical service panels in the warehouse. Various items were stored within the prescribed space. The circuit breaker was exposed was obstructed by equipment and debris and did not have a minimum of 3 feet of clearance in the event of an electrical emergency. Observed on or about October 26, 2022.
