29 CFR  1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:    (a) On and before 10/28/2022, in the Cafe Kitchen, for the guest experience supervisor and the food and beverage retail supervisor cleaning cutlery, coffee trays, baskets, and surfaces with corrosive disinfectants and detergents, including but not limited to, Ecolab 146 MULTI-QUAT SANITIZER containing Alkyl (50% C14, 40% C12, 10% C16) dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, Ecolab Liquid Pot and Pan Detergent containing Dodecyldimethylamine oxide, and Ecolab Ecotemp Ultra Klene Detergent, containing sodium hydroxide.  The employer did not enforce the requirement to use eye protection.
