29 CFR 1926.20(b)(4):The employer shall permit only those employees qualified by training or experience to operate equipment and machinery. a) On or about October 28, 2022, at jobsite located at 2100 Randall Road, Carpentersville, Illinois, the employer did not ensure all employees operating aerial lifts were qualified to do so. The employees had not been trained and evaluated as required. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
