29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) On or about 10/19/2022, at the fourth-floor break room area of the site, Cheektowaga, NY. Employee, who was on a 6-foot step ladder screwing a metal stud into angle iron in the ceiling area, did not wear a hard hat to protect head injury from impact. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
