29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The place of employment did not have stairs with uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings. Location - Stairwell, leading from Basement Storage Area to Kitchen Prep Area On or about 10/28/2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards from a fixed staircase without uniform riser heights and tread depths. Tenreiro LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1459159, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/8/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 529 Franklin Street, Melrose, MA 02176.
