29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Stocking Department- 1400 Country Ride Road, Bedford, PA: On or about October 31, 2022, products in the racking system were stored in a manner that caused a hazard to the employees working in the area. The product in the racking system was not limited in height and was not stable and not secured to prevent sliding and/or collapse, when the product was being picked.
