29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On October 24, 2022 in the machine cutting room at Augspurger LLC at 199 Winter St. Hanover MA, employees were exposed to explosion hazards where working surfaces were not effectively cleaned causing a accumulation of combustible wood dust greater than 1/32 in. on surfaces that made up 6.2% of the total effective area.
