29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) At 1000 Easthaven Blvd., Lot 438, Pooler, GA 31322,on or about October 27, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet, in that employees were allowed to stand on the top step of a 6 foot stepladder to perform work on the first story top plate of residential home.
