29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Employees engaged in commercial roofing activities at the Mount Carmel Church, located at 2706 Victoria Ave, Bellevue, Nebraska, were exposed to fall hazards when they were working from 12 feet above the ground and they were not using fall protection.
