29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative: a - 1360 Route 206, Tabernacle NJ: The employer did not establish an energy control program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections to protect employees from hazardous energy. Employees serviced and performed maintenance on equipment including, but not limited to, a New Holland LS 160 Skid Steer, Caterpillar 257B Skid Steer, Painted Backhoe, Wright Stander X Commercial Mowers, John Deere 636M Quik Trak Stand On Mower, and other equipment associated with the company's landscaping and nursery activities. Violation noted on or about and prior to 11/02/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
