29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level: Site: 2230 Cropsey Ave in Brooklyn, NY. a) On or about 11/1/2022, an employee was using an A-frame stepladder on top of stacked boards that were held above the floor by wood beams, to reach and remove concrete-poured formwork boards off the ceiling. The employee fell off the ladder while attempting to remove the boards.
