This was most recently documented on or about October 28, 2022, at the temporary job site located at 625 10th Street, Great Bend, Kansas. Employees engaged in commercial roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet from the working surface of the roof to the ground below without being provided with a written fall protection plan. The employer did not prepare a written certification verifying that employees had been trained in hazards related to falls from elevation.
