Instance b) Aisle #45 at end of aisle. Instance c) Aisle #46 at end of aisle. Instance d) Aisle #49 at end of aisle.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: Warehouse - Materials and Finished Goods: The following materials were not adequately stacked, tiered and/or limited in height to prevent sliding and collapsing: a) Aisle adjacent to Main Freezer - pallets of boxed food product that were stacked 2 pallets high were unstable and leaning into the aisle. The bottom wooden pallet was damaged. b) End of Aisle in Finished Goods adjacent to Refrigerated Dock area - pallets of food product that were stacked 2 tiers high were unstable and leaning into the aisle. A corner of the wooden pallet was damaged.
