29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about November 2, 2022, employees working around a crane with suspended loads were not wearing hard hats, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. 29 CFR  1926.1425(b): While the operator was not moving the suspended load, no employee shall be within the fall zone, except those employees engaged in; (b)(1): hooking, unhooking or guiding a load; (b)(2) initial attachment of the load to a component or structure or (b)(3) operating a concrete hopper or bucket.   On or about November 2, 2022, an employee engaged in steel erection was walking/ working under suspended loads, exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
