29 CFR 1926.201(a):  Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI (Section 6) of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices:   On or about November 3, 2022, two flaggers used to control the flow of traffic on Old Collinsville Road did not conform to Section 6E.07.02 Flagger Procedures Support.   Flaggers used hand movements and did not use STOP/SLOW signs or an approved Automated Flagger Assistance Device to control road users approaching a Temporary Traffic Control zone.
