On or about November 3, 2002, at the warehouse located at 624 Douglas Ave suite 1412 Altamonte Springs, FL 32714, employees were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards, in that the emergency exit doors were obstructed by pallets and an inoperable forklift.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(vi)(B): A three foot minimum clearance was not maintained for headroom of working spaces about service equipment, switchboards, panel boards, or motor control centers.  a). On or about 11/03/2022, at the warehouse located at 624 Douglas Ave suite 1412 Altamonte Springs, FL 32714, employees were exposed to electric shock hazards in that the minimum clearance was not maintained around the electrical panels. The electrical panel boxes were obstructed with cardboard and other materials stacked in front of them.
