This was most recently documented on November 3, 2022 at 5910 North 168th Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to protect an employee from fall hazards when performing framing construction work at a height greater than 6 feet.

This was most recently documented on November 3, 2022 at 5910 North 168th Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to train employees on the recognition of fall hazards and the methods to mitigate these hazards.
