Location: Worksite On or about November 3, 2022, scrap lumber, waste material, and rubbish was not removed from the immediate work area as the work progressed thus exposing employees to hazards such as slip, trip and falls as well as a fire hazard from combustible materials. Instance 1. Four floor work area; wood, plastic and paper was not removed from the immediate work area as the work progressed. Instance 2. Ground level garage directly under building; wood plastic and paper was not removed from the immediate work area as the work progressed.
