Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. (a) On or about November 3, 2022, employees were working on the north side of an apartment building roof located at 251-273, 275-297 Oconomowoc Pkwy, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, conducting roofing work on an existing roof with a 3:12 pitch, were not wearing fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 28 feet from the apartment complex roof to the ground below.
