On or about November 29, 2022, an employee was stuck in the finger by a contaminated suture needle, the employer did not record the case as a privacy case.  b. On or about November 29, 2022, an employee was stuck in the finger by a contaminated gauge needle, the employer did not record the case as a privacy case.  c. On or about November 11, 2022, an employee was stuck in the finger by a contaminated retractor, the employer did not record the case as a privacy case.
