29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about November 3, 2022, at 700 Marina Point Dr., Daytona Beach, Florida: the employer exposed employees to a 9-feet and a 36-feet fall hazard, in that, two employees working on the removal of roof tiles on a 5:12 pitch roof were not protected by a fall protection system.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2)(ii):The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used:  (a)  On or about November 3, 2022, at 700 Marina Point Dr., Daytona Beach, Florida: the employer failed to train employees in the correct way to use their personal fall arrest system, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
