29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Warehouse Area- On or about November 7, 2022, the employer did not ensure the aisle between two emergency exit doors was free and unobstructed. At the time of the inspection, the aisle was partially blocked by a wheeled cart, cabinet, tools, trash, pallets, and debris. b) Warehouse Area- On or about November 7, 2022, the employer did not ensure the primary emergency exit in the warehouse area was unobstructed. At the time of the inspection, a countertop was leaning against the wall, partially obscuring the exit path.
