29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a) 3004 Brentwood Lane, Billings, MT: On or about November 2, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while painting facia from the unsecured Werner multi-position ladder setup in an extension ladder configuration on Trex composite decking. The employer failed to train employees on the proper configuration and setup of the Werner multi-position ladder.
