29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)R & L Construction at 2105 North Carla Avenue, Tea, SD 57064: On or about and at times prior to November 11, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting facia installation operations on a multi-family apartment complex were protected from falls by a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
