29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A):Vehicles or mechanical equipment capable of having parts of their structures elevated near energized overhead lines were not operated so that a clearance of 10 feet (305 cm) plus 4 inches (10 cm) for every 10 kV over 50 kV. a) Jobsite: City Alleyway, Sanford Florida 32771: elevated work platform was located within eighteen (18) inches from an energized 7,620 Volts powerline, while employees were installing a drain pipe liner, exposing employees to electrical shock and burn hazards, on or about November 3, 2022.
