29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: A) 18 Sidney Circle, Kenilworth, NJ The employer did not ensure that guarding was provided to protect employees from rotating parts while cleaning the chocolate cooling conveyor. Guarding was not put in place to prevent employees from putting hands and arms inside the conveyor while doing daily cleaning. Observed on or about November 8, 2022.
