Organic Remedies, Inc., located at 305 North Old Stonehouse Road, Carlisle, PA 17015: On or about January 31, 2023, the employer did not institute a continuing and effective hearing conservation program when employees' noise exposure exceeded an 8 hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA. An employee conducting work in the trim room was exposed to noise at a level of 104.3% of the allowable limit during a 468 minute sampling period on January 31, 2023. This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 90.3 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure. b.) Organic Remedies, Inc., located at 305 North Old Stonehouse Road, Carlisle, PA 17015: On or about January 31, 2023, the employer did not institute a continuing and effective hearing conservation program when employees' noise exposure exceeded an 8 hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA. An employee conducting work in the trim room was exposed to noise at a level of 100% of the allowable limit during a 468 minute sampling period on January 31, 2023. This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 90 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure. c.)
