29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 459 Granby St. South Hadley, MA 01073: On or about November 8, 2022, an employee was exposed to fall hazards between 6 and 10 feet above a lower level while performing work on the roof.  This work placed the employee at the edge of the roof where no fall protection system was in place.
