29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   On or about November 7, 2022, at the Pine Hill Kitchen located in Kimball Farms Lifecare, in Lenox, MA., employees using Ecolab corrosive cleaning products including the following ingredients Dodecylbenzene Sulfonic acid (10%), Hydrogen Peroxide (8%), Sodium Hypochlorite (8.4%), Sodium Hydroxide (10-30%), were not provided suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use.  The only eyewash available in the area was missing the screen and the dust cap on the right nozzle.
