29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) On or about September 22nd, 2022 at or near Palermo King 156-90-5-34-H1 Palermo, North Dakota, an employee fell 15 feet and was hospitalized. The hospitalization was not reported to OSHA until November 9th, 2022.
