On or about 11/08/2023 at the Molson Coors facility located in Fort Worth Texas, employees were exposed to anhydrous ammonia release hazards when the employer did not ensure that written procedures for testing of process equipment were established and implemented including but not limited to: a. Written a high discharge temperature cutout procedure for Sullair compressor #3, No. 200C31 (P&ID 402-10-7002). b. Written a low oil pressure cutout procedure for Sullair compressor #7, No. 200C71 (P&ID 402-10-7003). c. Written a low suction pressure and high discharge pressure cutout procedure for Sullair compressor #10 No. 7592A-2-C1 (P&ID 402-10-7003.
