29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied.  a) At 1482 Arkansas St, Navarre, FL 32566: On or about November 8, 2022, and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a scaffold platform that was not attached to the forks or forklift exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 25 feet to the ground below.
