29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  At 124 Churchill Dr., Lot 154, Guyton, GA 31312, on or about November 3, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet, in that the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without using fall protection.  Dagoberto Torres Alburto was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1421880, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 17, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 631 Majestic Drive, Guyton, GA 31312.  Dago Alburto was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1364081, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 7, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 167 Sawgrass Drive Savannah, GA 31419.  Dagoberto Torres Alburto was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1308782, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 127 Verde Bend Drive, Savannah, GA 31419.
