A) Bill Jackson Roofing on or about November 10, 2022, at the address of 4210 Davison Avenue, Erie, PA: Employees doing finishing work at the edge of the structure were not protected from fall of roughly 50 feet to the ground below. Employees were performing finishing work at the edge of the roof.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A) Bill Jackson Roofing on or about November 10, 2022, at the address of 4210 Davison Avenue, Erie, PA: Employees working near the discharge chute were exposed to falls of roughly 50 feet. Employees were not wearing/utilizing any type of fall protection near the debris chute of the structure.
