(a) Jobsite located at 92 Limerock Road, Smithfield, RI 02917:  On or about  11/10/2022, employees who wear prescription glasses were not using protective eyewear when working with power tools.  At the time of the inspection, no safety glasses were available on-site for employee use.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   (a) Jobsite located at 92 Limerock Road, Smithfield, RI 02917:  On or about 11/10/2022, employees were not protected from falling while working from a residential roof, approximately 18 feet above the lower level.  Rooftop Power LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575337, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4-27-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1235 Old Baptist Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
