29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about November 10, 2022, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a vehicle mounted aerial lift without having a harness with a lanyard attached to basket.
