These steps were used used to enter the establishment by employees and delivery drivers and caused employees to trip and fall due to the unlevel condition.

Warehouse area - The rear exit door was obstructed by three boxes of brake parts. Napa Auto Parts was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581543, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-25-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 722 Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford, Connecticut.
