1926.503(a)(2)(vii) The role of employees in fall protection plans; 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) On or about November 10, 2022, at the jobsite where employees were installing edge metal on a roof, above 6 feet, without any fall protection system.
