29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  The employer did not furnish the abatement required for citations issued within 10 calendar days for Citation No. 1 Item No(s). 1c nor did they respond to the progress report letter sent April 3, 2023.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Jobsite - On or about November 9, 2022 , an employee working on an approximately 6 pitch roof was exposed to a fall of between approximately 20 and 30 feet where fall protection was not utilized.

Jobsite - On or about November 9, 2022, an employee in the basket of a Genie aerial lift was not protected from an ejection hazard where personal fall restraint equipment was not worn and connected to the basket of the lift.
