Employees using unsanitary soiled PPE, could be exposed to bacteria and chemical residues, as well as diminished visibility that could be accidental exposed to contact with injurious high pressure sources, chemical splashed or trips and falls to same level as they may be unable to clearly see the operation or walk path, resulting in skin irritation or contusions.

Failure to have adequate information provided by the SDSs of the chemical in the laundry available to the employees working in the area, including "Tide Professional Laundry Detergent", "Tide Professional Greasy Stain Fighter" and "Tide Professional Whiteness Enhancer", would cause the employees to ignore the PPE required as protection and the adequate first aid procedures they must follow in the event of a splash or spill, that could result in a the employee using or handling to suffer a chemical injury such as reversible skin or eye irritation. b) At the F & B wash shed of the Seven Feathers Hotel and Casino, located at 146 Chief Miwaleta Lane, Canyonville OR, on 11-10-2022, the employer failed to ensure that a copy of safety data sheet (SDS) for each hazardous chemicals stored and used in the area were readily accessible to employees during each work shift.
