29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): When toilet rooms were intended to be occupied by no more than one person at a time, the rooms were not provided with an adequate lock capable of being secured on the inside: a) Main Hallway, Resident Hall toilet room: On or about November 14, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to sanitation hazards, in that the toilet room used by male and female employees could not be locked from the inside since no internal locking mechanism was installed, while employees provide medical care to patients. b) Administrative Area toilet room: On or about November 14, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to sanitation hazards, in that the toilet room used by male and female employees could not be locked from the inside due to an inoperable mechanism, while employees provide medical care to patients.
