29 CFR 1917.111(a): The structural integrity of docks, wharves, piers, terminals and/or working surfaces was not maintained:  a) On or about 9 November 2022, Isleta Marina yard and pier areas, Fajardo, PR.  Employees engaged in marina operations were exposed to struck by, caught by and fall hazards as evidenced by the bad conditions on the lo-lo pier and on several areas at the marina yard. Several holes and unleveled terrain were observed where the travel lift, with or without boats, were moving while performing marina related operations.  Note:  Certification and Documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citations item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
