29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b) Employee were exposed to fall hazards. Employee working at 22662 89th St. Lenexa, Kansas 66227 engaged in framing activities were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 10 feet from the working surface to the ground below. Employees were not using fall protection. Omar Penaloza Benito LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479631, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/14/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 22636 W 88th Lenexa, Kansas 66062.
