29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a) On or about November 14, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while working without fall protection from first and second story pitched roof surfaces having ground to eave heights of approximately 10 and 19 feet.    Camas Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1546923, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2021, with respect to a worksite located at 1617 Kildeer Drive, Naperville, Illinois.  Camas Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1496435, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 157 Chapin Way, Oswego, Illinois.  Camas Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1258223, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 4, 2017, with respect to a worksite located at 1523 Ashford Court, Wheaton, Illinois.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
