29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2):A respirator was not provided by the employer to each employee when such equipment was necessary to protect the health of the employee: At 99 Sutton Street, Northbridge, MA: On or about September 16, 2022, and ongoing, the employer did not provide a respirator to each employee when a respirator was necessary to protect from exposure to SARS-CoV-2. Appropriate respiratory protection while caring for individuals with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 is a minimum of an N95 filtering-facepiece, worn in accordance with OSHA's Respiratory Protection Program. At least five (5) employees tested positive for COVID-19 after providing care to COVID-19 positive individuals and were not provided a respirator.
