29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about October 14, 2022, employees engaged in solar panel installation activities 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard. Freedom Forever Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565326, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-02-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7504 Hitching Post, EL PASO, TX 79911.
