29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): At this job site, the employer had not made frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about June 28, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were performing underground utility work without the employer conducting inspections of the work site, exposing employees to hazards such as, but not limited to falls, struck-by and cave-in.
